Delivery time and delivery dates are based on the “type and quantity” of steel ordered. Our sales team will provide a delivery schedule when quoting to you. On rare occasions the delivery schedule may change so please check with our sales department when placing any orders.

All items are quoted ex our works in the U.A.E, working with export shipping agents we can prepare your order for export, including any relevant delivery notes and certifications. Orders will be packaged suitable for export with consideration given to any special requirements such as heat treated wood for pallets or packing cases.

We ship and deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates. Nationwide deliveries are free of charge. Once your order is ready for dispatch it will be delivered either by our own transport or with a reputable courier. We use a range of couriers and the majority of items dispatched are sent on a next day.

Any item exported from the UAE that is subject to export control may need a licence. The Export Control Organization is responsible for assessing and issuing export licenses for a wide range of steel products. This includes military and dual-use items.
